Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Failing to cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time results in 50% fee. (Reminders are sent in advance via text or email)
•Card on file required for booking
•Deposit holds spot for original appointment date. Should there be a same day cancellation/reschedule, deposit does not roll over to new appointment.
•No call, no show will be charged 100% of service.
•10 minute grace period for late arrival. After 15 minutes your appointment, we may finish the duration of the appointment or depending on circumstances, may be asked to reschedule. Out of town clients have 20 minute period
•No refunds.
