Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failing to cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time results in 30% fee. (Reminders are sent in advance via text or email)
•Card on file required for booking
•Deposit holds spot for original appointment date. Should there be a same day cancellation/reschedule, deposit does not roll over to new appointment.
•No call, no show will be charged 30% of service.
•10 minute grace period for late arrival. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & you will be asked to reschedule. Out of town clients have 20 minute period
•No refunds.
*house calls will have fee depending on location
